Path to Victory Soccer Camp
 
Boys and Girls, Ages 3 through 8th Grade
Monday through Thursday, July 15th - 18th
9am to 12pm - All ages

DESCRIPTION
This camp will help introduce players to basic soccer skills, such as footwork, dribbling, passing, and shooting form. Modified equipment will be used to help players learn these skills and have success. In addition, players will learn about sportsmanship and especially about God’s love for them through a short devotion each day.

CAMP FEE
$25 if paid by June 30th. $35 if paid in July. Cost includes Path to Victory T-shirt, soccer ball, and (for first time participants) a Sports Edition New Testament Bible.

(Note: If you're registering more than one child, you can still pay just once. CAMP SIZE
The first 70 players to register and pay will be accepted.

INSTRUCTOR
Coach Jeffrey Kurbis has taught physical education at Evergreen Lutheran High School in Washington state for over 20 years.  He has coached middle school and elementary players for many years, and runs several soccer camps each summer in his community and around the Pacific Northwest. Addi­tional coaches/high school students from Evergreen Lutheran High School's soccer teams will assist with the camp.

 
PARENT NIGHT
On the last day of camp, at 6:30 p.m. Players in all grades will have the opportunity to “show off” what they’ve learned in the camp, in demonstrations as well as scrimmages. A slide show of the camp will be presented at an ice-cream 
social inside the church afterwards.
 
DRESS
Players are required to wear sports shoes and clothes.  No earrings or jewelry may be worn.
